the belle river team defeated Ludlow Ky. last Sunday,( july 17th) by a score of 26 to 7 at Grand victoria field. that is two wins in a row as we beat the Norwood Highlanders ( at Norwood, Ohio)2 weeks before!!! the longest winning streak in our club history ! next game, is on the road at Georgetown, ky. on August 6th

the belle river team ran into a red hot team from batesville and came out on the losing end of both ends of the double header. the final scores- 11 -1 and 13 – 2….the next game is Oct. 10th on the road in ft. recovery ,ohio, vs. the ohio buckeyes…then the belle river 9 will be at home the next day, oct. 11 to take on the norwood highlanders in a doubleheader. the first game will start at 1:00,,,there is a dinner and beer tasting at 5:00 at the ohio county museum center ( following the end of the 2nd game) 10 dollars will get you in to the dinner and beer tasting ( adults only please ! ) mike seipel
