Ohio County Historical Society Membership

Membership is open to all who are interested in the history of Ohio County and in furthering and supporting the Ohio County Historical Society’s mission which is:

To promote understanding and appreciation of the history of Ohio County, Indiana. The Ohio county Historical Society collects, preserves, and acts as a repository for local history materials and makes them available to our community and other interested persons. all materials and information relating to local history and genealogy, through its publications, files, programs, exhibits, photographs, tours, and other means are available during museum hours or by appointment.

Annual dues are as follows:

Family Membership     $25.00 yearly

Individual (under 55 years of age)     $20.00 yearly

Individual Senior (over 55 years of age)     $15.00

(Note that if you are a senior couple, it is less expensive to apply as a Family)

As a member you receive a 20% discount in the Museum Gift Shop, and discounted admission to any exhibit or event with a general admission charge to the public.  If you provide your email, you will be updated periodically about events and other items of interest.
